2025 was a standout year in Dani’s career - a culmination of years of consistent work, trusted relationships, and exciting opportunities across sport, media, and live entertainment.

Dani worked as a boundary reporter for the inaugural WA call team for the 2025 AFL season, adding a major broadcast role to her growing list of achievements. She also continued her strong connection with the Perth Wildcats as a game day MC and event host, and further strengthened her relationship with the Perth Scorchers, marking her fourth season with the BBL and third with the WBBL as game day MC.

These longstanding roles are a testament to Dani’s reliability, energy, and the trust she’s built within some of Australia’s most respected sporting organisations. She is recognised for her professionalism, energy, and ability to connect with diverse audiences.

Outside of the stadium, Dani returned for her third season with the 4WD Adventure Show on Channel 7, showcasing her versatility on screen and love of the outdoors. She also stepped back into radio in 2025, completing a five-month breakfast show fill-in on Triple M, co-hosting alongside Xavier Ellis.

With a career spanning live sport, television, and radio, Dani Shuey has built a reputation as a dynamic and engaging media professional. Her ability to connect with audiences - whether in front of the camera, behind the mic, or in a packed arena - continues to define her growing presence in the media landscape and beyond.

Dani’s media career began after earning a Bachelor of Communications (Broadcasting and Journalism) in 2011, followed by a Diploma of Broadcasting from WAAPA in 2012. Early roles included announcer and MC for Perth’s hit92.9 (now Triple M) and mix94.5, along with serving as publicist during the rebrand to the Hit Network.

She coordinated and hosted the World Famous Rooftop series in Perth, worked on live broadcasts, co-hosted music shows, and produced content for breakfast radio.

In 2016, Dani founded Orlando Media, a freelance company that has allowed her to continue to pursue work across live sport, television, radio, and podcasting.
